Why join us?

DWF is seeking a highly motivated Solicitor to join our market-leading Finance Litigation team in Manchester.

The successful candidate will provide advice and assistance across a range of finance litigation matters, including asset and consumer finance.

Whilst the team operates as a nationally structured team supporting the wider DWF regional offices throughout the UK, this role is based in our Manchester office on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of finance litigation matters under partner supervision.
  • Provide advice and assistance on asset and consumer finance claims.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, thought leadership, and networking.
What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

  • 1+ years’ PQE with a background in finance litigation.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach.

Desirable

  • A sound knowledge of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and associated regulations would be preferred.
