A leading law firm in Southampton is seeking a Clinical Negligence Specialist to manage caseloads and assist on complex claims. Ideal candidates have over 3 years of PQE in Clinical Negligence and possess both technical excellence and empathy. You will deliver compassionate legal advice and work collaboratively with colleagues, contributing to a supportive team environment. You’ll be joining , a highly respected leader in our Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners ranked Bristol Clinical Negligence team. Julie is Irwin Mitchell’s Regional Head for the South and Head of the Bristol Medical Negligence team. She is renowned for her deep expertise in complex and high-value clinical negligence claims, particularly those involving birth injuries, delayed diagnoses (including meningitis), fatal claims, and inquests.
