Salary: £50,000 - £85,000 (depending on experience)

A UK Top 50 law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Associate (0-3 or 3-6 years PQE) to join its highly regarded Commercial Real Estate team in Bristol. The Role

You will join the growing Bristol Commercial Real Estate team with a Next Generation Partner - Legal 500; "Up and Coming" - Chambers) and a Legal Director joining from a top tier City firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work across a broad range of commercial real estate matters
  • Advise national and regional commercial property owners, landlords, tenants, investors, retailers, developers, and infrastructure organisations
  • Build and manage your own caseload of transactional matters
  • Work closely with partners, legal directors and senior lawyers across the national team
  • Engage directly with clients, advisers and stakeholders
  • Support business development and networking as the Bristol team continues to expand

Candidate Requirements
  • Has 0-3 or 3-6 years' PQE gained at a reputable law firm
  • Demonstrates a genuine interest in commercial real estate
  • Is proactive, organised and shows strong initiative
  • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Possesses strong attention to detail
  • Has solid research, drafting and analytical abilities
  • Can think commercially and provide practical, solutions focused advice
  • Performs well under pressure and manages competing deadlines
  • Has competent financial management skills, including time recording and billing
