Commercial Contracts & Privacy Solicitor - 3 years + PQE.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with ambitious businesses, delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice within a modern, technology-enabled environment.

What You’ll Do :

• Draft and review a wide range of commercial contracts (IT, software, IP, licensing, supply and e-commerce)
• Advise on GDPR matters, including DSARs, data breaches, AI and controller / processor arrangements
• Draft privacy policies and internal privacy documentation
• Advise on UK consumer law
• Support company structuring and general corporate governance matters

About You :

• Solicitor with 3 years + PQE
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
