Overview

You will be providing support to the Sales and Administrative teams and dealing with customer enquiries and orders. This will involve speaking to customers on the phone, processing online orders, handling customer payments, stock or design queries, and liaising with the operations team to manage deliveries and logistics.

Role Details

This is a full‑time role based on the outskirts of Cambridge with a salary of £26,000‑£28,500, potential up to £2,000 in bonuses depending on experience and qualifications. Long‑term employees also receive a share of the company’s profits.
