A growing renewable energy distributor is seeking a full-time Customer Support Coordinator based in Milton, UK. The role involves handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and liaising with operational teams. Ideal candidates will have a passion for sustainability and excellent communication skills. You will be providing support to the Sales and Administrative teams and dealing with customer enquiries and orders. This will involve speaking to customers on the phone, processing online orders, handling customer payments, stock or design queries, and liaising with the operations team to manage deliveries and logistics.
We're looking for candidates who are passionate about making a difference and who have a demonstrable interest in sustainability and renewable energy. Experience in sales activities or building relationships would be an advantage, but a winning way with customers and a willingness to learn also go a long way. The ability to quickly grasp technical information, explain it clearly, and demonstrate a decisive and efficient nature would be desirable. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team, be self‑led during busy periods, and bring a friendly and detail‑oriented approach to building relationships.

Our web tools, easy‑pv.co.uk and heatpunk.co.uk, are market leading for designing solar and heat pump systems and are continually improved by our team of developers.
This is a full‑time role based on the outskirts of Cambridge with a salary of £26,000‑£28,500, potential up to £2,000 in bonuses depending on experience and qualifications. Long‑term employees also receive a share of the company’s profits.
