A leading software company is seeking a Software Support Consultant to join their customer support team, fully remote. This role involves troubleshooting product functionality and serving as the main liaison between the company and its customers. Software Support Consultant

A leading supplier of award-winning Project Management software have an immediate requirement for a Software support Consultant to join the customer support team.

Home based – UK (hours Mon – Fri 11 : 30am – 7 : 30pm)

Salary

Circa £27,000 – £35,000 10% bonus private medical, pension scheme (5%), life assurance

As Software Support Consultant you will have previous experience of working within a technical / software support role and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support.

This is a fully remote role (working from home) and the hours are 11 : 30am to 7 : 30pm (Mon – Fri).

As Software Support Consultant you will have a flexible and adaptable attitude and excellent organisation / time management skills.

Your role will include
  • Resolving issues in the areas of product functionality, system configuration / setup, and bugs / enhancements.
  • Serving as primary support liaison between company and customer.
  • Conveying customer feedback to product development and quality assurance staff as appropriate
