Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Software Developer to join our engineering team and help shape the next generation of PIP. You’ll build robust, scalable features with a focus on AI‑driven experiences, backend services, and integrations that bring real value to our users. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to deliver high‑quality, user‑centric software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high‑quality code that powers PIP’s core features and infrastructure.
• Build scalable backend systems and APIs that support AI workflows, data ingestion, and real‑time insights.
• Work with AI/ML services and integrations - ensuring seamless connections between models, databases, and frontend experiences.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate product goals into technical solutions.
• Write clear documentation, perform code reviews, and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot, optimise, and maintain existing systems to ensure performance and reliability at scale.
• Help define and improve development processes and tooling as the team grows.
