What you will do

• Manage a caseload of young people referred through our Prevention and Diversion pathways.
• Complete thorough assessments using the YJB Prevention and Diversion Assessment tool.
• Develop child-led plans aimed at reducing offending behaviours and addressing unmet needs.
• Provide occasional cover as a court duty officer to represent the service.
• Fulfil office duties as needed, championing both a Child First and Trauma Informed approach.

Requirements

• A degree in social work with valid Social Work England registration.
• Proven frontline experience working as a qualified Social Worker within UK Social Services.
