About the Role:
We are recruiting for a dedicated and empathetic Adult Mental Health Social Worker to join the team. The successful candidate will provide support and advocacy for adults experiencing mental health issues, helping them navigate social services and improve their quality of life.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will conduct psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ needs and strengths, and develop and implement individualized care plans. You will provide counselling and crisis intervention services, connect clients with community resources and support networks, and advocate for clients’ rights and access to services. Collaboration with healthcare providers, families, and other stakeholders is essential. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and confidential client records. This role requires a strong understanding of mental health, social systems, and the ability to navigate complex emotional and logistical challenges to support client well-being.
