As a social worker in the North Locality Older Person's Team, your role involves assessing, reviewing, and support planning for people aged 65+ in the Mid Bedfordshire and Ivel Valley areas. You will build strong community and professional relationships to ensure access to fulfilling lives. You will be responsible for delivering statutory duties within Adult Social Care while keeping the customer at the center of care. This includes demonstrating compassionate and responsive care, promoting best practices, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. You will work as part of a dedicated and flexible team with a focus on early prevention and independence optimization.

You are an experienced social worker with adept professional relationship-building skills. Tenacious, proactive, and approachable, you are skilled in working with a range of partners, including health and housing sectors.
