Join a dynamic team as a Social Worker (Looked After Children) and help this council provide high‑quality care and support to children in care, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and long‑term outcomes.

Within this role you will manage a diverse caseload of looked after children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met. You will develop and implement care plans in partnership with children, families, and multi‑agency teams to secure the best outcomes.
