This pivotal role involves working to safeguard children and young people, ensuring their safety, well-being and long-term development through effective intervention and support.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a caseload of children subject to child protection plans
• Undertake assessments, develop care plans, and implement safeguarding measures
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-agency professionals
• Attend and contribute to case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings
