Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality social work services to vulnerable children, young people, and their families or carers, guided by the policies and objectives of the Children, Schools & Families department.
• Manage a diverse Children and Families caseload by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating various actions to deploy appropriate resources effectively.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people by working collaboratively with families and professional networks.
• Prepare and present children’s cases to conferences and court as needed, ensuring all documentation is thorough and accurate.
