Starting from 22nd September 2025, you will work 37 hours per week over a 14-week period, keeping your professional journey ongoing and full of potential adventures. Although this is a temporary position, there is always the possibility of extending the contract!

Provide leadership and line management to a team of staff working with adults in the community of Herefordshire.
Support and guide the team with a strength-based approach to assessments and case management.
Supervise and assist with Adult Safeguarding Enquiries, court work, and duty management.
Conduct personal supervision and development, caseload management, and consultation for staff.
Manage a small caseload of complex cases as required.
Ensure all management information systems are kept accurate and up to date.
This is an exciting opportunity for Social Workers registered with Social Work England. The role demands prior experience in supervising staff, confidence in Adult Safeguarding and court work, and the ability to maintain high standards of practice.
