What you will do:
Requirements of the Deputy Team Manager:
You must hold a degree or equivalent in social work with current Social Work England registration. Recent managerial experience, such as working as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager, is required. Significant frontline experience in Children’s Services is an absolute must, particularly in roles that involve direct involvement in team leadership.
