Job description

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social media and a love for bringing brands to life through video, photography and clever copy? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing food business and take full ownership of its social media presence across multiple platforms.

We’re looking for someone who can plan, produce and manage engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube—someone who naturally spots trends, understands how to build an online community, and can turn ideas into thumb-stopping visual stories. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and wider teams to plan the social calendar, shape strategy, and drive engagement across all channels.

This role involves shooting and editing video and photography, creating a consistent tone of voice, monitoring performance, and reporting insights that help elevate future campaigns. You’ll also visit our North East site monthly to capture fresh content and guide teams remotely when needed.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Confident shooting, filming and editing short-form content
  • Strong writing skills and a creative eye for visuals
  • Deep understanding of all major social platforms
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple projects
  • Great communicator who can collaborate across departments
  • Analytical mindset with confidence using data to guide decisions
  • Enthusiastic about developing and growing within a social media role

If you’re ready to take the lead on social content, drive real engagement and help shape the digital voice of a fast-moving food business, we’d love to hear from you.
