Job description

WRS is looking for a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator who can create engaging content and grow our online presence.

Based in our Newport office, the ideal candidate will have a good understanding of how to manage different social media platforms to reach and connect with our target audiences. You will also have a strong sense of our brand identity and values, and be able to communicate them effectively through social media. The right person will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating content and marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and increase customer interaction.

Working closely with external marketing partners and internal teams, the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator will provide regular performance reports, identify areas for improvement and refine the overall marketing strategy to align with business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Use social media tools to craft and release content to our social channels (mainly Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube)
  • Develop social media and marketing campaigns
  • Analyse the company’s social strategy to make improvement suggestions
  • Stay up to date with new and emerging social media trends
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions across platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance and insights
