As a Social Media Manager at MHR, you’ll take ownership of the company’s social media strategy across the UK and US markets, driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This is an exciting opportunity to shape MHR’s digital presence and establish the brand as a thought leader within the HR, payroll, and finance technology sectors. You’ll apply your advanced communication, analytical, and organisational skills to lead a data-driven approach that connects brand storytelling with measurable business results.
Working as part of the Brand Team within the wider Marketing Department, you’ll collaborate closely with content creators, designers, campaign managers, product marketers, and data specialists to deliver cohesive, impactful campaigns. You’ll also work alongside advertising and external agency partners to ensure that organic and paid strategies align and deliver maximum ROI. This collaborative environment will allow you to share insights, influence strategy, and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence in digital marketing.
In this role, you’ll lead the development and delivery of MHR’s social media strategy across the UK and US, strengthening brand authority and driving engagement, awareness, and lead generation. You’ll take a data-driven approach to planning and optimisation, using analytics tools to refine content performance and campaign effectiveness. Collaborating with teams across content, advertising, and design, you’ll ensure social activity aligns with broader marketing goals. You’ll also champion employee advocacy, empowering colleagues and leaders to amplify MHR’s thought leadership online. Your strategic insight and creativity will enhance MHR’s visibility, credibility, and impact across key markets.
