Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat.
• Create and upload engaging video content, stories, reels, and posts.
• Understand and apply social media algorithms to increase engagement.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills while confidently handling front-end customer interactions and inquiries.
• Professionally answer phone calls and manage bookings through walk‑ins and our online system.
• Generate invoices and manage stock orders when levels fall below threshold.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintain a proactive attitude towards learning new digital content creation tools and techniques.

Skills Required
