🎥 Content Creator (Full Time)

We’re now looking for a highly creative and ambitious Content Creator to join our growing team and work directly with clients to produce scroll-stopping short-form content.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Filming and producing high-impact short-form content (primarily for Instagram, TikTok & YouTube Shorts).
• Working on-site with clients across London and Hertfordshire to create engaging content that tells their story and elevates their brand.
• Bringing creative ideas to shoots — thinking outside the box to make content stand out.
• Collaborating closely with our in-house team to plan and execute content strategies.
• Communicating effectively with clients and ensuring every shoot is smooth, professional, and fun.

What We’re Looking For:

• A creative mind with proven experience filming social media content.
• Strong knowledge of what works on TikTok, Instagram & Reels.
• Confident filming with clients one-on-one on their premises.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A forward thinker who can adapt on the fly and problem-solve creatively.
• Willing and able to travel to London and surrounding areas for shoots.
• A reliable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have your own equipment (camera, gimbal, mic, etc.)
• Have experience in creative direction or idea generation.
• Have a portfolio or examples of previous short-form content you’ve filmed.
