A leading social housing contractor is seeking an experienced Administrator / Call Handler in Grantham. This full-time position involves managing calls from tenants, logging maintenance requests, and providing essential customer service. The ideal candidate has prior experience in social housing, strong communication and organizational skills, and a proactive approach to customer care. This role offers a salary range of £27,000-£28,000 per annum, with working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Confident in dealing with tenants, sometimes in challenging situations.
  • Ability to update and maintain systems accurately.
