The Snr Sourcing Lead – Construction & Fitout role in Manchester, Leeds, London or Nottingham requires expertise across complex procurement and sourcing within indirects. Industry agnostic with a bias towards retail and financial services, the successful candidate will lead sourcing strategies and deliver cost‑effective solutions that align with organisational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for construction, redevelopment, fit‑out and office move related projects.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost savings and value for money.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide solutions.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or risks proactively.
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met in sourcing activities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team.
  • Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities and outcomes to senior management.
