We’re recruiting for a small, close-knit team of two experienced vets based in the heart of a charming Northumbrian market town. The ideal candidate will be confident in both medicine and surgery, keen to take ownership of cases, and committed to delivering excellent patient care. You’ll be working in a modern, purpose-built practice equipped with everything you need to do your best work—including 15-minute consults to allow the time and focus each case deserves.

This is a full-time position of up to 40 hours per week, with a fair 1 in 3 Saturday rota. In return, you’ll enjoy clinical autonomy, the chance to genuinely grow your skillset, and the opportunity to become a vital part of a dedicated and friendly team. A relocation package is available for the right person, making this an ideal move whether you're local or looking for a change of scenery.

The practice is easily accessible from a range of Northumberland and Tyne & Wear locations, including Morpeth, Alnwick, Blyth, Bedlington, Amble, Cramlington, Ponteland, and even Newcastle upon Tyne—all within a 30-minute drive.
