A prominent educational institution in Hull seeks a Skills and Employability Coach to deliver engaging education tailored to unemployed adults. Strong candidates will have a recognised teaching qualification and experience in vocational education. 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: £31,171 FTE per annum
Annual Leave: 31 days per annum FTE (excluding bank holidays and up to 3 additional discretionary days over the Christmas/New Year period)
As our Skills and Employability Coach, you will deliver engaging and learner‑centred education to unemployed adults, focusing on qualifications up to Level 2. The role aims to equip learners with essential digital skills, employability skills, and vocational knowledge across sectors such as warehousing, care, teaching, and manufacturing.
The post holder will oversee internal quality assurance (IQA) processes to ensure the delivery and assessment meet both internal and external standards.
