Location

South West London, London, South East, UK. Skilled Baker – Late Shift Location: London, Wimbledon.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 per year + up to £6,000 in overtime.

Shift: 8‑hour shifts starting at 2:00 or 3:00 PM (40 hours/week).

Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays.

What You'll Be Doing

Baking a variety of artisan breads, burger buns, and pastries.

Hand moulding, dough mixing, oven work.

Using large‑scale bakery equipment (mixers, conveyors, Fortuna machine, packaging machines, etc.).

Following cleaning and safety schedules.

Working collaboratively to ensure smooth daily production and minimise waste.

What We're Looking For
  • At least 2 years of experience in a high‑volume bakery.
  • Skilled in hand moulding, mixing, and oven work.
  • Flexible, reliable, and willing to learn.
  • Clear spoken English and strong team communication.
  • Calm under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
