Seras is the UK’s number one supplier of biomass fuel. It has long-term contracts to supply nearly 2 million tonnes of fuel to Energy Recovery Facilities, generating renewable energy for the annual domestic electricity needs of about 2% of the UK population.

What is the job? As Site Supervisor you will be responsible for the safe operation of plant and equipment on the processing site. You will possess strong leadership qualities to achieve daily KPI targets, and effective communication will ensure operatives understand daily requirements. You will ensure all health and safety procedures are followed, incidents are reported promptly, and corrective action is taken where necessary.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 50 hours per week
