Role Overview

We are recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate multiple residential construction and renovation projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple domestic sites
• Oversee site operations and coordinate the workforce
• Accurately quote for works (scope, pricing, exclusions & variations)
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Enforce strict compliance with health & safety regulations and site protocols
• Manage tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Conduct regular site inspections and proactively resolve issues
• Liaise with clients, surveyors, suppliers, and local authorities throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress, maintain quality benchmarks, and keep accurate site records
• Report progress to senior management

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in site management within residential construction or renovation
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Ability to manage several projects and teams at the same time
• Solid knowledge of UK building regulations and compliance standards
• Full clean UK driving licence
• CSCS card and SMSTS or SSSTS certification (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years construction management experience (preferred)
