A leading NHS trust in Scotland is seeking a Radiology Service Manager to oversee operations across multiple hospital sites. Responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of high-quality images, managing quality assurance, and aiding in the attainment of national healthcare targets. Candidates must have HCPC Registration, a BSC in Diagnostic Radiography, and significant experience in radiology management. The organization values inclusivity and diversity within the workforce.

We provide the full range of Acute, Mental Health, Community and Primary Care services to a diverse population of 1.3 million people in six local authority areas. Regional and national services are also provided across a range of clinical specialties.
The post holder will manage and provide an efficient, effective radiology service at hospital sites including Queen Elizabeth University Hospital (Major Trauma Centre), Institute of Neurological Sciences, Gartnavel General Hospital and New Victoria Hospital, providing assurances of high‑quality images and a safe environment, for staff and patients. In conjunction with the sector superintendent radiographer and general management team you will assist with the delivery of National and local targets, such as waiting time guarantees, and internal organisation policy.
