A leading housing association is seeking a Site Setup & Support Engineer to manage IT and network equipment across multiple locations in England. The role entails coordinating installations, improving connectivity, and resolving technical issues. Contract Type : 6-month FTC Full-Time 35 hours
Salary : Starting from 35951 per annum dependant on experience *Plus ECU Allowance
Grade : 7
Reporting Office : London Stratford
Working location : You will travel to various L&Q locations (sales suites lodges construction sites offices) across England
Persona : Agile Worker : 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office / working location (hybrid working)
Working Pattern : 35 Hours per week Rota to cover operational hours of 8am-5pm
Closing Date : 3rd December 2025
Interview Dates : 1st Stage will be held on 10th December and 2nd Stage will be held on the 15th December 2025. Please note that in person interviews will be held for at least one of the interview stages for this role

Are you an experienced Technical Support professional looking for a Site Set-up & Support Engineer role Do you have the drive and experience tohelpL&Q with its plans to invest grow and transform its business to provide outstanding support to our Staff.
The Site Set-up & Support Engineer will be responsible for setting up decommissioning and supporting networks and IT equipment across all L&Q locations including sales suites construction sites care homes and offices throughout England. A key focus of this role is supporting the WAN Refresh Project by helping deliver new internet circuits to remote sites across the North and South regions. Responsibilities include conducting and coordinating site surveys scheduling and overseeing installations liaising with vendors and internal teams resolving technical issues tracking deployment progress and ensuring smooth transitions to the new WAN infrastructure. This position plays an essential role in enabling L&Qs operational needs and supporting its wider growth strategy.
Reporting into the Technical Services Manager the Site Set-up & Support Engineer will be specifically aligned to the Service Delivery function whos focus it is to provide exceptional service to all customers internal and external within the business.
