A leading financial services organization in the UK is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to enhance the digital customer journey by managing cloud infrastructure. You will lead a team, prioritize service improvements, and ensure operational excellence while collaborating with stakeholders. You will be joining the Consumer Servicing & Engagement (CS&E) Platform - a team dedicated to delivering a unified digital servicing experience for personal customers across their preferred devices. Our mission is to enhance the digital customer journey by driving engagement and enabling seamless self-service. Taking ownership of one or more areas within our cloud infrastructure is a key responsibility for Senior Site Reliability Engineers (SRE). You'll lead and mentor other SREs in your domain, with a strong focus on observability and operational excellence. Your key responsibility will be to identify and prioritize service improvements that have the greatest impact on our Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
