What you\'ll be doing as Site Operative

As part of the installation team, your job will involve installing and dismantling temporary buildings at customer sites all around the UK. This role involves an eye for detail, a desire to build or dismantle the building in a timely and accurate manner and a willingness and ability to cooperate with customers, site management, HGV drivers, fellow staff from across all the departments including office staff.

Duties

• Install and dismantle temporary structures around the UK including floor fixings, constructing frames, installing panels and roof covers. For projects where overnight stays are required, accommodation is arranged, and an allowance paid.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines on site.
• Use all plant machinery in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Correct use of PPE and following instruction is key.
• Full training will be provided.

• Valid Driving License

• Experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Strong communication to work effectively as part of a team, receiving instructions and implementing these correctly.

• You will take pride in your work, and work with others to ensure the customers\' expectations are exceeded at every stage.
