A local council in Weymouth is seeking a Site Manager responsible for the security, maintenance, and cleanliness of school premises. The role involves managing health and safety compliance, responding to emergencies, and overseeing cleaning teams. Ideal candidates will have strong organisational skills and a good educational background. Work involves 37.5 hours per week with 25 days holiday during school periods.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, multi skilled and organised Site Manager to join our Federation, to be responsible for the day-to-day security, safety, cleanliness and general maintenance of the school. This role is varied and includes all aspects of premises management as well as completion of Health & Safety compliance and line management of the cleaning teams. Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, with a pattern to be negotiated. 25 days holiday to be taken during school holiday periods.
