About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a £4 million, 2-floor (20,000 sq ft) office fit-out project in a secure environment based in Farnborough. The project involves high-spec internal works, requires a candidate with proven experience in delivering commercial / office fit-out projects in high pressure environments.

Key Requirements

• Must be a British National (UK-born)
• Must hold active SC (Security Clearance) and BPSS clearance
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have own vehicle
• Proven track record delivering office fit-out projects (£1m+ value)
• Experience with Procore software is advantageous
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
