Job summary

A leading construction agency in Weston-super-Mare is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites. You will manage on-site activities and personnel while ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in site management, strong knowledge of construction methods, and good communication skills. This role offers a PAYE option with a competitive rate of £185-200 per day.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and processes.
• Good understanding of health & safety legislation.
• Ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on-site activities and personnel.
• Ensure health & safety regulations are followed at all times.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries.
• Monitor project progress against programme and report updates.
• Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks.
