Site Manager – £50,000 – South London

Salary: £50,000

Location: South London

A site manager is urgently required for a cut and carve project in South London.

The role is for a £15m project for cut and carve offices where they are looking for a number 2 site manager. The contractor has been established for a number of decades and has an amazing reputation; they specialise in office fit out, new builds and refurbishment. Their projects value up to £30m.

Responsibilities

• Essential experience with cut and carve projects.


• Strong track record delivering new build residential schemes.


• Strong man management skills / ability to lead and motivate full site teams. First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS.


• Main contracting or refurbishment contractor experience.


• Office experience on high end cut and carve projects.
