Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for facilities management and team leadership? We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at Cromwell House, ensuring high standards across estates, catering, housekeeping, and contracted services.
You will lead a dedicated team including Site Supervisors, Store Persons, and Catering Staff, managing budgets and supporting service improvements. Your role will involve conducting audits, ensuring compliance with health and safety, overseeing canteen operations, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
