Site Manager (x2 Roles) – Location: Somerset / Blandford | Sector: Partnerships Housing Contractor | Salary: Circa £60,000 + Package

The Opportunity

Two excellent opportunities for experienced Site Managers to join a growing partnerships housing contractor delivering residential developments across Somerset and Blandford. These roles offer long-term stability, repeat framework work and the chance to run well-structured housing schemes within a collaborative delivery environment.

You'll take full responsibility for site delivery, working closely with commercial, technical and client teams to ensure programmes, quality and safety standards are met throughout construction.

Role Overview
  • Managing day-to-day site operations on partnership housing schemes.
  • Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site labour.
  • Managing programme, quality control and build sequencing.
  • Ensuring full compliance with health & safety requirements.
  • Liaising with client representatives, building control and consultants.
  • Managing inspections, snagging and handover processes.
  • Maintaining site records, reports and progress updates.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential new build projects.
  • Background in social or partnership housing preferred.
  • Strong understanding of build quality, safety and programme management.
  • Confident communicator with subcontractors and stakeholders.
  • CSCS essential; SMSTS and First Aid required.
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable running sites independently.
