Overview

Our client is a well-established high end building company based in the Petersfield area. They are currently looking for an experienced site manager to join them on a permanent basis to run a project in Petersfield first of all for the next 18-24 months. The company carries out projects all over West Sussex and Hampshire. Ideally you must live local to Petersfield and you must have your own transport.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high end residential project on a large scale from ground to final finish.
• Work on a project in Petersfield initially (18-24 months) with potential to extend.
• Operate with initiative, read technical drawings, and make decisions.
• Maintain a strong knowledge and commitment to health and safety, RAMS, and toolbox talks.
• Manage sub-contractors, deal with clients and investors, and handle large budgets to hit targets.
• Work under pressure while coordinating varying tasks and priorities.
• Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards on a very high-end scale.
• Provide two sources of references when requested.
• Live within a reasonable travel distance to Petersfield and have reliable transport.

Qualifications
