A family-run construction firm in Oldham is seeking a Site Manager with a background in Social Housing to manage projects effectively. You will be responsible for overseeing all site activities, ensuring quality control, and maintaining budgetary discipline. The ideal candidate will have proven Site Management experience and relevant qualifications such as SMSTS and First Aid. A bit about the role … We are currently looking for dynamic Site Managers with a Social Housing background to join our ever-growing team here at Connollys. We have several exciting opportunities to join our team in Oldham. The scope of works we are currently undertaking are Window and Door replacements, EWI works, external works, social housing decarbonisation schemes (all external works). Previous experience in this type of work is desirable.
