Job Overview

Site Manager for a temporary office fit‑out project in Northampton. The 36‑week refurbishment requires previous experience working on office fit‑outs and an M&E background.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations to ensure successful completion.
• Oversee all aspects of the project, including safety, quality control, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure project meets all timelines, budget requirements and health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings with the client.
• Full re‑roof.
• Full window replacement.
• Full AC replacement.
• Full LED lighting replacement.
• Ground floor external doors.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness and Scaffolding Inspection (can book this in).
