Rate : £280–£300 per shift (CIS / PAYE available)

We are currently seeking experienced Site Managers to support a number of temporary retail fit-out projects across London and the South East. These assignments offer the opportunity to work with reputable contractors and leading retail brands, delivering fast-paced refurbishment and fit-out programmes to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all on-site activities and manage subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery
• Deliver retail fit-out and refurbishment projects in line with client standards and brand guidelines, including M&S requirements
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
• Monitor progress against programme schedules, budgets and quality standards
• Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, reports and records
• Liaise effectively with clients, project teams, consultants and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of works

Essential Requirements :

• Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certification
• Proven experience delivering retail fit-out or refurbishment projects
• Previous experience working on Marks & Spencer (M&S) store fit-outs or refurbishments
• Experience managing fast-track, night-time or multi-site operations
• Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel across London, the South East and, where required, UK-wide
