This role is for RAAM Construction, which is part of the ABCA Group.

Were looking for a proactive and experienced Site Manager to lead and oversee projects within our Passive Fire Protection division . Youll be responsible for ensuring that all on-site works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards , while maintaining strong relationships with clients and your site teams.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead and manage daily site operations , ensuring fire protection installations (including fire stopping, cavity barriers, and fire doors) are completed on time, on budget, and to specification.
• Champion safety standards by conducting risk assessments, enforcing method statements, and ensuring all work complies with BS 476, BS EN 1366, and FIRAS / third-party accreditation requirements.

Supervise and support site operatives and subcontractors.
