Our client is a UK-based engineering, installation and construction organisation specialising in bespoke bulk materials handling systems and full process plant solutions. Their expertise covers the full project lifecycle - from initial design engineering, and technical consultation through to EPCM/EPC contracts, construction, installation, commissioning, and long-term maintenance.
They deliver solutions for clients across mining, cement, aggregates, food, alternative fuels, biomass, steel, infrastructure, and ports, both in the UK and internationally.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team with decades of experience and play a key role in delivering large, complex projects across multiple industries.
We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Site Manager to oversee projects across the UK and Europe, including steel structures, conveyors, storage facilities, and industrial plant installations.
The Site Manager will report to the Construction Director and take ownership of multi-disciplinary teams (mechanical, structural, electrical, and civil), ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
Construction installations may involve 10-12-hour days and working at weekends at times of busy periods.
We're seeking someone confident, proactive, and comfortable making decisions in a dynamic site environment.
