Job Title: Site Manager
Location: London & surrounding areas
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (DOE) + End of Year Bonus

About the Opportunity

TRIbuild Solutions are working with a privately-owned Principal Contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality internal and external refurbishment projects. Their expertise covers re-modelling and change of use projects, partnering with clients such as Universities, Schools, Local Authorities, the NHS, and private Property Management companies.

They are proud to be on frameworks with respected organisations, including Middlesex University, Goldsmiths University of London, and the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham. Projects typically range in value from £50,000 to £3m, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of refurbishment and remodelling projects. You'll ensure all works are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all site activities, ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour teams.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and costs, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Lead site meetings and produce detailed progress reports.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and specifications.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within the same sectors - education, healthcare, local authority, or property management projects.
  • Extensive background in internal and external refurbishment projects (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and site compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential).
  • Full UK driving licence.
