🔧 The Role

As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction projects from start through to completion, typically valued up to £5 million.

You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of quality.

Working closely with project managers and the wider delivery team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the contractor’s strong client relationships and site performance.

• Strong knowledge of site operations, health & safety, and quality control
• Confident leading subcontractors and direct labour on siteAble to work collaboratively with commercial and project teams
