My client is a civil engineering and construction contractor. They're looking to onboard a Site Manager to help deliver a civils scheme within the Structures sector. The scope of works you'll be responsible for overseeing will include FRC works and Structures packages.

Responsibilities

• Day to day site management.
• Managing plant, labour and materials.
• Daily diaries.
• Material procurement.
• Managing health and safety.
• Early warning signs.
• Working alongside and reporting to the project and contract manager.
• Daily briefings.
• Liaising with the client, subcontractors and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
• CSCS card - Gold/ Black or White.
• SMSTS.
• First aid.
• TWC/ TWS - Desirable.
• Experience within the water sector.
• Knowledge and understanding of NEC contract 4.
• IT literate.
• Full UK driving licence.
