A leading data center provider in the City of Westminster is seeking a Site Engineer II. This role focuses on the maintenance and operation of critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure in data centers. Responsibilities include managing repair operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supervising junior engineers. Ideal candidates will have experience in mission-critical operations and a vocational technical background, demonstrating advanced technical skills and effective communication. The position requires shift work and offers a dynamic work environment.
The Site Engineer II (SE) core responsibility is to perform infrastructure related activities in our Data Centres to ensure a reliable and efficient operation of the critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure. This is achieved through maintenance, testing and surveillance of all assets installed. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, assembly and day to day scheduling of maintenance tasks. It is also critical to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and deliver client satisfaction, and when applicable being part of a 7x24 shift rotation.
