Site Engineer - Midlands (UK). Location: Midlands, United Kingdom. Sector: Construction - Commercial, Industrial, Infrastructure, Pharmaceutical. Type: Full-time, Permanent. We're hiring a Site Engineer to support a diverse portfolio of projects across the Midlands region. Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate setting out and site surveying using modern instrumentation.
  • Assist in managing site operations from groundworks through to completion.
  • Support quality assurance processes and ensure all works meet the highest standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance across all site activities.
  • Keep detailed records, reports, and documentation in line with project requirements.
What we're looking for
  • Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of relevant site engineering experience (graduates with strong placement experience will be considered).
  • Proficient in setting out, surveying, and using site instrumentation (e.g. Total Station, GPS).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a team environment.
