Job summary

A leading construction recruitment company is seeking an eager Site Engineer for a long-term project in Reading. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Engineer and handle all engineering duties on-site for constructing multiple houses. Required skills include knowledge of RC frames and groundworks, a valid CSCS card, proficiency in AutoCAD, and competency with 2 man EDM (TS06). The project duration is estimated to be 3 months.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge and experience in RC frames and Groundworks.
• A valid CSCS card is necessary.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with AutoCAD are required.
• Competency with 2 man EDM (TS06) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for RFIS.
• Setting out for reinforced concrete, groundworks, slab edges, columns, drainage, and related work.

Skills

Job description

We are looking for an eager and keen Siteengineerto work on a long term project. We are working on behalf of a client who has won some work in the Reading area. Our client is a multi disciplinary sub - contractor that thrives in the delivery of construction projects on a national scale.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Senior Engineer and will be responsible for all aspects of Engineering on a hectic site. The project is a the construction of multiple houses.

You will be responsible for :

• RFIS
• Setting out for Reinforced concrete, Groundworks, slab edges, columns, drainage and all other associated work.

Skills and experiencerequired :

• RC frame and Groundworks knowledge and experience
• Valid CSCS card
• Computer literate and a good working knowledge of AutoCAD
• 2 man EDM competency (TS06)
