Qualifications

• Must have proven track record for managing contractors and subcontractors in Hard FM properties.
• Must be a confident team player with strong instruction and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of M&E building services and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all contractors and visitors are properly managed according to local procedures.
• Conduct pre-start meetings with contractors and allocate compliance paperwork.
• Attend daily interface meetings and conduct periodic inspections of contractor works.
